3 Phase Design Process
We work alongside you from concept to completion using our three phase design process of review and revise. A method we have formulated over the years that best serves everybody involved in the design process.
1. Careful consideration and clear communications phase 1 of the review and revise process usually means that the next draft we present you with to review will 'hit the spot'.
We have found a crucial point in the website design process to be on reviewing the first design draft. This is the time to look closely on the initial development result of yours and our ideas combined and point out things that you absolutely do not like, things that you want to keep as part of the finished design, and to tell us of any changes you would like us to consider and make if possible. We will not proceed without this essential feedback.
2. We create draft 2:
If draft 2 still doesn't hit the spot we will go through phase 3 of the review and revise process to see what we missed, and

Any minor alterations after this will be counted as one of the free updates we give away with each packages and any major re-designs not previously discussed and decided upon will incur extra cost.
We take your ideas very seriously into consideration as part of all our graphics design creation process for both our website packages and additional website design features and marketing sets so we ask you to understand that some things are simply not possible, because of software or your budget limitations (We do build bespoke websites which are not subject to budget limitations, but that's another story) Or because they are simply not advisable. Over the years our designer team has developed a deep understanding of graphics design. Therefore, to avoid compromising the success of your website and other marketing features, we may point out 'no-no's' and include 'YES'S!' that are not always immediately obvious to newcomers to graphics design techniques and strategies. Of course we never underestimate the inexplicable 'hunch', so if you insist! We will accept your decision.
